Getting Started

"A journey of a thousand miles begins begins with a single step"

The moment you get your ticket or are arrested, your mind is filled with many questions ranging from "How did this happen?" to "What do I  do now?" and a million others in between. We are here to help you successfully complete probation and get your life back on track. It all begins to end with your first step...

      1. Get enrolled 
                  Online enrollment is available by requesting enrollment via email.  Send us your name, phone number, and birth date and we will email you an invitation to the client portal. Here you can fill everything out online!!

We have morning, afternoon, and evening sessions 7 days a week starting at 9 am, with the last session of the day starting at 7:30 pm. via ZOOM.  You will have no problem finding a class to suit your schedule. You must have reliable wi-fi and a device with a camera and microphone and be in a confidential setting.

     2. Check your email for a client portal invitation. The subject of the invitation is: ​Welcome to the ReliaTrax Client Portal. Click the link in the email to create a username and password. The username is your email address. Here you will make payments and see all your appointments, attendance details, and client tasks. It is essential that you complete the client tasks and information. You cannot attend until they are completed. You will also receive an email about available sessions pertaining to your individual needs.

     3. Make payment for your services. You are required to pay in advance (in the client portal) before you attend any service weekly. We are a Medicaid approved provider. If you need additional financial assistance and have already been assigned a probation officer, you can speak to them directly about possibly getting vouchers.

     4. Attend !  You will receive a text and email appointment reminder 24 hrs. before the session you are scheduled to attend. We understand that life happens and you may not be able to attend your scheduled session. If you cannot attend your scheduled session, send an email requesting to attend a different session in that week, and we will send you the link.  If you do not attend during the week, you will be charged a $20 missed session fee.
